V-Pro Dairy Free Chocolate Dream
- Heat 200 mls Almond milk to piping hot.
- Add 1 Tblsp Organic Cocoa Powder and
- 1 scoop V-PRO
Stir and enjoy ! V-Pro is a fantastic way to add protein to savoury meat free meals. It blends really well into warm soups, casseroles and even mashed potato.!
- Peel and steam 5 floury potatoes
- When cooked, mash and then stir in 2 tablespoons Virginia Harvest Hempseed oil, 1 scoop V-PRO and juice of half a lemon. Serve warm.. Serves 2-3

V-PRO Fruit Smoothie Drink
2 Tbsp V-PRO™ 1 Tbsp Virginia Harvest™ Hemp seed oil 2 cups orange juice 1 banana 1 pear Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

V-PRO Lemon & Apple Velvet Dessert (Sugarfree, dairy free, wheat free, glutenfree)
- 150 mls apple juice
- 1 Tblsp lemon Juice
- 2 scoops V-PRO
- ½ Tsp Lemon Rind
- 1 Tblsp Virginia Harvest Cold milled Flaxseed
- 4 walnut halves (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and buzz until smooth. Spoon into ramekins, cover and chill overnight. Serve garnished with a ½ slice lemon and a sprinkle of Virginia Harvest hempseeds.

Virginia Harvest Aubergine and Hemp dip
- 1 medium to large aubergine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons Virginia Harvest™ Hemp seed oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Chopped fresh parsley
Halve the aubergine lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and baked in a hot oven (220C) for 20 minutes)
Press the whole peeled garlic cloves into the aubergine 10 minutes before the end of baking.
When soft remove from oven and scoop out the flesh. Allow to cool.
Blitz in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and serve with crackers, oatcakes or dipping bread.

Virginia Harvest Butterbean and Hemp Salad
- 1 can butterbeans (drained and rinsed)
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 1 stick celery chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic finely chopped
- 4 oz semi sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Virginia Harvest™ Hemp seed oil
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Juice or 1 lemon
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix everything together gently in a bowl and serve.

Virginia Harvest Coriander and Mint Hemp Salsa
- Small bunch fresh coriander chopped
- Small bunch Fresh mint chopped
- 4 medium sized spring onions (or 1/2 med. red onion chopped)
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons Virginia Harvest™ Hemp seed oil
- Salt and pepper to Taste
Blitz everything together and serve either as a dip or a salsa with grilled fish or chicken or a baked potato.

Virginia Harvest Hemp Hummus
- 1 can chick peas (drained and rinsed)
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 4 tablespoons Virginia Harvest™ Hemp seed oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Sea Salt and pepper to taste
If you need to thin slightly, add more lemon juice or some water.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and serve as a dip for vegetables or on crackers or as a sandwich spread.

Virginia Harvest Hemp seed Muffins
A delicious and highly nutritious treat for all the family Makes 8 to 10 muffins
220g /7 oz self- raising flour 2 level teaspoons baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 50g /2 oz Demerara sugar 100g /4 oz caster sugar 1 large egg 50g/2 oz melted butter 3 medium bananas peeled and mashed 25g/ 1 oz Virginia Harvest™ Shelled Hemp Seeds Extra Hemp seeds to sprinkle
Preheat the oven to 220C / 400F Gas 6. Line a muffin tin with baking cases
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix mashed bananas with egg, melted butter and shelled hemp seeds.
Add the dry ingredients into this and mix until just incorporated.
The mix should be thick but still able to flow
Spoon batter into lined muffin tins. Sprinkle with Virginia Harvest shelled hemp seeds and bake in the preheated oven for approx 25 minutes.
Delicious served warm or cold

Virginia Harvest Hemp Tapenade
- 4 Tbsp Virginia Harvest™ Hemp seed oil
- 2 Tbsp Virginia Harvest™ Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 240g (8oz) pitted black olives (or mixed black and green)
- 4 Tbsp capers
- 4 Tbsp pine nuts
- 2 Cloves garlic
- Juice from one large lemon
- Black pepper to taste
Combine olives, oil, capers, nuts, garlic, lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency (very creamy for spreading on bread, choppy for salad garnish, etc). Mix in seasoning to taste.
Serve spread on bread, crackers, or as a dip for chips, pitas, veggies.......
Wonderful spread on salmon or white fish wrapped in foil and baked in the oven.
